 Andy Garcia is a bilingual, Board-Certified Physician Associate with extensive experience across primary care, urgent care, orthopedic surgery, and pain management. As the CEO and Lead Provider of our practice, Andy brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.

With a Master of Medical Science and advanced certification as a Physician Associate, Andy is dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care to every patient he serves. His broad clinical background allows him to approach each case with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring accurate assessments, personalized treatment plans, and the highest standard of medical decision-making.

Andy’s leadership is rooted in integrity, empathy, and a deep passion for advancing healthcare access within the community. Daniel Cespedes is a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant with extensive experience across orthopedic surgery, urgent care, family medicine  and inpatient hospital settings. Known for his commitment to exceptional patient care and strong clinical judgment, Daniel brings a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to every visit.

At Vital Health & Wellness Group, Daniel combines his surgical, orthopedic, and primary care knowledge to provide thorough evaluations, evidence-based treatment plans, and compassionate patient education. As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, he ensures patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healthcare journey.

Daniel earned his Master of Health Science and completed his Physician Assistant training at Nova Southeastern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Miami Dade College and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Florida International University.

Estefany Carrasco is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience and a strong focus on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). She brings a comprehensive background in advanced nursing, women’s health, and patient-centered care to Vital Health & Wellness Group.

Estefany is passionate about helping patients understand their bodies, reclaim their energy, and achieve long-lasting hormonal balance through personalized treatment plans. She takes the time to understand each patient’s symptoms, goals, and concerns, ensuring that every care plan is tailored, evidence-based, and aligned with their overall health and lifestyle.

With years of experience serving diverse patient populations—from acute care to specialized wellness settings—Estefany is known for her calm, supportive presence and her commitment to empowering individuals on their wellness journey. Patients appreciate her clear communication, thorough assessments, and her ability to make them feel heard and understood.

At Vital Health & Wellness Group, Estefany plays a key role in guiding patients through the hormone optimization process, reviewing their labs, addressing their questions, and creating individualized BHRT treatment plans that promote optimal well-being.

Yailién Ruíz Álvarez is a highly skilled Medical Assistant with a strong clinical foundation shaped by her background as a foreign-trained physician. Her medical education and hands-on clinical practice abroad have equipped her with advanced diagnostic understanding, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep commitment to patient care.

Originally trained as a doctor, Yailién brings a level of clinical insight and professionalism that elevates the patient experience. She demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong critical-thinking skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach in every encounter.

Her experience spans internal medicine, primary care, elderly patient management, and public health initiatives, allowing her to support providers with a broader medical perspective. She is skilled in patient assessment, care coordination, medical documentation, and assisting with a wide range of clinical procedures.

Yailién’s diverse background enables her to communicate effectively with patients, anticipate clinical needs, and contribute meaningfully to efficient, high-quality outpatient care. Her dedication, knowledge, and empathy make her an invaluable asset to any healthcare team.

 With two years of experience as a Nursing Assistant and a background as a Medical Scribe, Karla is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. Her journey toward becoming a Physician Assistant is fueled by her dedication to learning and growing every step of the way

Working alongside Andy at Vital Health and Wellness Group, Karla has witnessed firsthand the perseverance and dedication it takes to thrive in the healthcare field. She’s excited to continue this incredible journey and contribute to the health and wellness of our community! 

As an MA, Karla oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates patient appointments, and maintains a seamless workflow within the healthcare facility. Karla is a true gem and every patient that comes into her care will be well taken care of. 

Leslyn Aldana-Garnier, AP, RN, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 30 years in the medical field. She holds a Master’s degree and Diploma as a Doctor in Oriental Medicine and began her career as a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery and GI procedures—two fields that shaped her passion for patient care.

Her journey led her to work closely with top hepatologists, colorectal surgeons, and GI specialists in Miami, deepening her expertise in both women’s health and digestive wellness. As a Certified NSEV Acupuncturist, Leslyn strongly believes in the integration of Eastern and Western medicine, combining modern science with holistic healing to offer comprehensive, patient-centered care.

At Vital Health and Wellness Group, she applies her deep knowledge and experience to help patients achieve balance, healing, and optimal well-being through acupuncture and functional medicine.
