A custom tailored experience based on the clients needs. Includes the same effective hands on

techniques used in the Therapeutic Massage, plus many possible additions. This could include

hot towels, essential oils, reflexology, cupping, gua sha, light therapy, etc, or a combination of

any of these.

 Designed for mothers, prenatal massage eases pregnancy-related discomforts, while postpartum massage supports recovery and relaxation. Both focus on reducing tension, improving circulation, and enhancing overall well-being during and after pregnancy. 

Castor oil packs, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, and abdominal massage are used to restore

balance to the reproductive and digestive systems. This can prove beneficial for those dealing with digestive issues, PCOS, fibroids, infertility, irregular menstruation, and more.

Massage, gentle cupping, cryotherapy, and light therapy are used to lift the facial tissue and

improve circulation, leading the skin to have a healthy, even toned, and more youthful

appearance. Approx 30 minutes hands on time with 15 min light therapy at the end.

 Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, therapeutic technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and boost the body's natural detoxification process. It promotes relaxation, supports immune function, and enhances overall wellness.
